restrictions & FEES
- Pets with difficulty tolerating the grooming process will be recommended to a vet for services. EX: Difficulty standing, excessive trembling/drooling, seizures, requiring muzzling, etc.
- We do not accept females in heat, pregnant, or nursing.
- Owners with addresses at apartment complexes, assisted living facilities, etc. are expected to bring their pet to the van upon arrival and pick up from the van upon completion.
- Owners are only required to be home for first appointment. At owner's request, stylist may enter their home to retrieve the pet and then return them upon completion and lock up afterwards. Invoices are paid online. This service is available at no additional cost. Groom/style preferences should be given prior to check-in.
- Please read over our cancellation policy and liability waiver at the bottom of your intake form to avoid cancellation fees and or no show fees.
